Piston Engine Shop

 We perform complete engine overhauls in-house using factory-approved procedures and quality components. Our services include new and overhauled cylinders, magnetos, carburetors, fuel system components, ignition systems, and a full range of engine accessories. Every overhaul is completed with meticulous attention to detail to ensure reliability, performance, and long service life. 

 To verify engine performance before it returns to service, our facility features a fully equipped on-site engine test cell. Each engine is properly run, inspected, and evaluated to confirm oil pressure, temperatures, power output, and overall operational performance prior to installation. 

 Our shop also offers in-house Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services, including magnetic particle inspection (Magnaflux), allowing us to identify cracks and defects in critical ferrous engine components without causing damage. Having these capabilities under one roof helps reduce downtime while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
